FOOD — We all need it to survive, and some of us love to eat it.  I for one am a self proclaimed FOODIE.  If I wasn’t writing this blog for you today, more than likely I would be in the kitchen!

I am not just any FOODIE though, I am a vegan and have not eaten animal products for the last eight years.  Living in Spain, it comes as a surprise to many because veganism is not something akin to the culture here.
