As some of you might be aware, beruby.com is a Spanish company, with its roots firmly based in Madrid. Much like the popular sport of “futbol”, or as it is more commonly known in the states, soccer, beruby.com has an international appeal that is catching on!
In Spain, as well as in beruby, we are celebrating last nights 2012 EuroCup win by the Spanish soccer team! In 2010 Spain was fortunate enough to win the World Cup in South Africa against the Netherlands. Just two years later, Spain is still the reigning football kings, winning the EuroCup last night against Italy in a record-breaking 4-0 victory over Italy at the Olympic Stadium in Kiev on Sunday, making Spain the first team in history to win three major international tournaments in a row. That is pretty impressive if I do say so myself. Records continued to be made for Spain with 13 members of their team becoming the first players to play and win two Euro finals, while Fernando Torres earned the Golden Boot with his last goal.

For those who were able to watch the game, it was pretty spectacular!

Yesterday marked the first official day of summer for the Northern Hemisphere, the day with the longest period of sunlight. The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year north of the equator, and from now until December, the days will gradually grow shorter. This years solstice was marked by blazing hot temperatures from Midwest to the Eastern Seaboard in the United States and torrential down pours in the United Kingdom.

The original Apple Computer, also known as the Apple I, was designed and hand-built by Steve Wozniak. Steve Jobs was the guy who took Wozniak’s idea and put it on the market. The first edition of the Apple we have come to know and love came as a fully assembled circuit board containing around 30 chips and had a production run of about 200 units which were sold for $666.66 in July of 1976.
Since the days of the Apple I, Apple has become known worldwide for being an innovative leader in computer technology and applications. Their computers have continually been at the forefront of sleek, contemporary design, and user friendly interfaces.
